I brevet anf\u00f8res det, at der er en lang r\u00e6kke fordele ved at v\u00e6lge Kriegers Flak 2 som alternativ placering til Hessel\u00f8 til at placere en ny havvindm\u00f8llepark.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Funderingen af havvindm\u00f8llerne er nemmere end ved de fleste andre tilsvarende lokationer i Danmark p\u00e5 grund af blandt andet vind\u2013 og b\u00f8lgeforholdene.<\/li>\n<li>Nabolandene (Sverige og Tyskland) befinder sig indenfor en 40 km radius, hvilket b\u00e5de \u00e5bner op for et v\u00e6sentligt st\u00f8rre marked, som havvindm\u00f8lleparkerne kan levere str\u00f8m til og muligheder for at opn\u00e5 stordriftsfordele.<\/li>\n<li>Der er et stort potentiale for mere str\u00f8mproduktion i \u00d8sters\u00f8en, og EU-Kommissionen forventer, at \u00d8sters\u00f8en vil have en kapacitet p\u00e5 93 GW i 2050. Hvis det er tilf\u00e6ldet, vil \u00d8sters\u00f8en ikke blot blive en af de centrale drivkr\u00e6fter i den gr\u00f8nne omstilling i Danmark, men ogs\u00e5 i resten af EU.<\/li>\n<li>Kriegers Flak 2 er klar til udbygning. Omr\u00e5det er udlagt til vindm\u00f8llepark, de n\u00f8dvendige forunders\u00f8gelser af blandt andet vind- og b\u00f8lgeforhold er gennemf\u00f8rt. Hvis man igangs\u00e6tter et udbud i morgen, vil anl\u00e6gget forventeligt kunne st\u00e5 klar inden 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Valget af Kriegers Flak 2 vil s\u00e5ledes im\u00f8dekomme den bekymring, som Klimar\u00e5det giver udtryk for i sin kommentering af klimaprogram 2021, hvor de peger p\u00e5, at en forsinkelse af etableringen af havvindm\u00f8lleparken Hessel\u00f8 kan resultere i, at der ikke sker en tilstr\u00e6kkelig udbygning af vind og sol til at forsyne det merforbrug af elektricitet, der skal bruges for at n\u00e5 70-procentsm\u00e5let i 2030.<\/li>\n<li>Flere muligheder for nettilslutning p\u00e5 land. Kabler kan tr\u00e6kkes ind samme vej som eksisterende net, dvs. ved R\u00f8dvig p\u00e5 Stevns. Alternativt ind til K\u00f8ge Bugt eller eventuelt direkte til Aved\u00f8rev\u00e6rket.<\/li>\n<li>Servicehavn I Klintholm Havn er etableret. De kommende operat\u00f8rer af park 2 kan benytte sig af servicehavnen i Klintholm Havn. Her er der de seneste \u00e5r opbygget en serviceorganisation med den n\u00f8dvendige specialviden og erfaringer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hvis Kriegers Flak Nord\/Syd rykkes frem foran Hessel\u00f8 Havvindm\u00f8llepark er der ingen sikkerhed for, at Klintholm Havn bliver servicehavn<\/p>\n<p>Borgmester Mikael Smed siger til Sj\u00e6llandske at det er vigtigt at k\u00f8re Klintholm havn i stilling nu:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Der er rigtig store muligheder i det, og vi har tidligere f\u00e5et skitseret, at en fuldt udbygget havvindm\u00f8llepark kan give 25-50 arbejdspladser plus de afledte effekter med Klintholm Havn som servicehavn, siger Mikael Smed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Se video, der beskriver visionen for Klintholm Havn &#8211;
