Located on Masned\u00f8 in southern Vordingborg, Port of Vordingborg serves as the municipality’s largest commercial port and hosts several businesses. It is strategically and advantageously positioned in relation to both the motorway, Copenhagen, and the upcoming Fehmarn Belt connection, and is situated in a municipality with ambitions to become a green power center. <\/p>\n

In recent years, Port of Vordingborg has undergone significant development, with port director Jan-Jaap Cramer inaugurating the latest port expansion of nearly 250,000 m2 in 2024. Among others, Arcadia eFuels will establish their Power to X facility on the expansion, contributing to Denmark’s green transition. <\/p>\n
“We are creating new jobs both at the port and especially in related industries outside the port that benefit from our growth. The port is a growth engine and hub for our area, not just for next year but for the next hundred years.
